Evaluate
Dataforce has created Evaluate – a powerful, independent and intelligent rules-based analytical product for assessing credit hire payment packs with minimal administrative effort. Once claims data has been input into the system, Evaluate automatically examines all aspects of the credit hire claim real-time, including timescales and costs, to identify whether it can be paid immediately or whether further action by way of negotiation is required to achieve a reduction against the amount being sought by the credit hire operator.
If savings are possible, the system will identify why, and exactly what these are. It automatically assesses the Third Party and Hire vehicles to determine whether an appropriate size, class and specification of vehicle has been provided by way of replacement, and bands them accordingly.
Evaluate is available as a browser-based application for remote client use or as part of a fully outsourced service utilising Dataforce’s teams of highly specialised negotiators. The system takes account of the whole of the Association of British Insurer’s General Terms of Agreement and can be easily programmed to cater for any bespoke variations that the principal may wish to adopt, including any protocols or particular agreements that they may have with credit hire operators. Data entry is intuitively designed to minimise administrative cost and time.
