First Notification of Loss
Dataforce has an impressive pedigree of providing FNOL services in the UK, which has been gained over in excess of a decade in connection with a number of insurer clients.
Team members are employed for their outstanding customer service skills as evidenced by the independent NPS score of over 53% in August 2011. They are supported by our intelligent and robust rules-based application – ReClaim – which has been exclusively designed and developed in-house. While it is an established system, it is also constantly evolving and being continually updated to ensure that it is as effective and efficient as possible.
ReClaim includes the added benefits of our Arbiter and Auto Damage Assessment products, described in greater detail separately. ReClaim’s image-based and work flow claims management functionality enables accurate data transfer to supply chain partners, such as repairers, lawyers, replacement vehicle specialists and uninsured loss recovery agents. The supply chain utilised can either be one of the client’s choosing or Dataforce’s own.
From automated letter and diary creation to rules-based excess calculation and cover validation, it is the consumer’s experience that remains paramount, coupled with quality and cost control for the work provider.
FNOL services are available in the UK only on a 24/7x365 basis. They include but are not limited to:
- Structured, intelligent liability calculation software – ‘Arbiter’
- Assessment of vehicle repairability and repair timescales – ‘Auto Damage Assessment’
- Rules-based lead identification and steerage to suppliers e.g. engineers and repairers
- Integrated real-time customer satisfaction surveys
- Innocent Third Party intervention services including vehicle hire and repair
